FAQ
1. What type of organizations do you work with?
We work with organizations and high-value individuals who operate internationally and require structured, discreet travel security and risk management. Typical clients include corporate entities, project teams, executives and organizations with duty-of-care obligations toward their personnel.
2. Do you provide on-site security or physical protection?
Umbrella Corp Consulting operates primarily as an advisory and coordination partner. Our focus lies on risk assessment, planning, decision support and coordination with vetted local partners where required. On-site support is evaluated case by case and depends on destination, legal framework and risk exposure.
3. How is pricing determined?
Pricing is determined after a short intake and assessment. Engagements are scoped based on destination, traveler profile, duration, risk exposure and required level of support. This ensures proportional, responsible and transparent pricing aligned with the actual risk.
4. Do you work internationally?
Yes. We support travel and operations within Europe and worldwide. International engagements are always assessed in light of local regulations, operational constraints and duty-of-care requirements.
5. Is your support available 24/7?
For engagements that require it, 24/7 escalation and emergency support can be provided. Availability and response levels depend on the selected scope of support and are clearly defined upfront.
6. How do you handle confidentiality and sensitive information?
All engagements are handled with strict confidentiality. Information is processed on a need-to-know basis and in line with GDPR and organizational governance requirements. Discretion is a core principle of our way of working.
7. Are you a travel agency or insurance provider?
No. Umbrella Corp Consulting does not operate as a travel agency or insurance provider. We provide risk management, advisory and coordination support and work alongside existing travel, insurance and corporate structures.
8. At what stage should an organization engage you?
Ideally before travel or deployment, during the planning phase. Early involvement allows for proper risk assessment and mitigation. However, we can also support organizations during ongoing travel or emerging situations.
9. Do you replace internal security, HR or EHS teams?
No. We complement existing structures. Our role is to support decision-making, provide additional expertise and enhance continuity without replacing internal responsibilities or governance.
10. How do we get started?
Engagements typically start with a short, confidential intake to understand context, objectives and risk exposure. Based on this, we propose an appropriate scope of support.
